Skunkhour
Skunkhour are a band I love listening to still. Their music is pretty hard to classify - with two vocalists and a band playing funk, acid jazz, rap, hip-hop - a bit of everything really. Check out some of their tracks here. Great stuff.
Sadly I really only discovered them after they broke up in 2001. I reckon going along to a few of their gigs would have been awesome.
Is there a band you wish you could have been alive/aware of to see in concert?

yeah, I rember Skunkhour - they got some play on JJJ back in the day I think... "kick in the door" right?
I would love to have seen Ben Folds back when five featured next to his name!
I'd also like to have been at a backstreet boys concert, when Jodie (my wife) was younger to see just how incredibly obsessed she was with them.
Yeah 'kick in the door' was off their final album.
Ben Folds five would have been great - I love 'one angry dwarf'. Mentioned that song to some 18 year olds recently and they had no idea what I was talking about...
i remember skunkhour too.
i couldn't go past jeff buckley.
there's a good buckley doco i watched on google video a couple of years ago... it was very cool.
Hendrix
Ben Folds Five was the first concert I ever went to and I loved it - they were awesome and rocked that piano!!
The Supremes. I think it would have been fun.
The Beatles (just to witness those screaming, fainting women!) and anything Motown.
Do I ever! Blur, Travis, Manic Street Preachers, Suede - when they all toured in early 2000s/late 90s....plus of course the recent Jacky Cheung concert...
