a 20 minute nap...

...really can make all the difference sometimes. I was finding it pretty hard to get started with study after lunch, despite the pressing deadline of an exam tomorrow (and Bible Study tonight). So I decided to have a quick nap from 2:40-3:00 today, and have put in the most productive hour of study since then. Sweet.
Starting to think the exam may actually be okay...

Are you a 'napper'?

I nap on night shift at around 4am - I've discovered that I can fit on the office chairs if I tilt them all the way back and slide my bum to the edge. Any other time I just power on through.

Glad study was productive.

wow. Napping in the workplace. I've never been game enough. Although I felt pretty tempted in some church staff meetings over the last couple of years... :)

And yes, I know Dominic reads this blog :)

sometimes napping is the most productive thing I do on a study day...
I've taken to napping on weekends too - it's fantastic.
I don't know if I'd get away with a nap at work though.

I heard somewhere that napping is not good for you - if you're tired you should relax or doze for 20 minutes.

Having said that, I love a nap, though don't have them often at all! I used to sleep on the train, does that count?
